PostRoute is operated by TOORX LTD. This page describes how to remove your personal data from PostRoute, whether you connected via Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or any other channel.

Disconnect a channel from inside PostRoute

The fastest path. Open Dashboard → Connections, find the channel, and choose Disconnect. We delete the stored access tokens immediately and the channel stops receiving any further webhook traffic from Meta.

Remove the app from Facebook / Instagram

Removing PostRoute from your Meta account triggers our automated data-deletion callback. You'll receive a confirmation code and a status URL on this page — identical to what shows above when you arrive here from Meta's redirect.

Email request — full account deletion

For deletion of your PostRoute account itself (not just a connected channel), email [email protected] from the address registered to your account. We'll verify identity, complete the deletion within 30 days, and send written confirmation. See the Privacy policy for the full Data Subject Request rights covered under UK GDPR + EU GDPR.
