Can we white-label PostRoute for clients?

Not currently — PostRoute branding stays on the dashboard. What you can do: client viewers see only their workspace, which is functionally a clean walled garden. Full white-label is on the roadmap; reach out at [email protected] if it's a deal-breaker.

How do you bill for client accounts?

One Agency subscription covers unlimited brand workspaces — there's no per-client surcharge. You expense it as agency software and recover via your client retainers however you like.

What happens when a client leaves?

Archive the workspace and its channels stay disconnected but the historical reporting and audit log remain accessible. Re-activate within 90 days and everything (drafts, scheduling, analytics) comes back exactly as it was. After 90 days the workspace is permanently deleted.

Do you offer training for new agency hires?

Yes — Agency plan includes priority support and a 30-minute onboarding call for the team lead. We share a training video library covering the composer, calendar, approvals, and analytics. Reach out and we'll schedule it on your timeline.

Can I migrate from Hootsuite / Buffer / Sprout?

CSV import for scheduled posts and channel reconnect is available on day one. We don't pull historical analytics from other tools (their APIs don't expose it cleanly), but your existing schedule lifts cleanly. The first month tends to be a parallel-run before fully cutting over.
